I tried to use my package that came with my car when I bought it- 4 free oil changes and whatnot. Biggest mistake ever. I won’t do that again or use anymore of those free changes, nor will my vehicle or b bought it- 4 free oil changes and whatnot. Biggest mistake ever. I won’t do that again or use anymore of those free changes, nor will my vehicle or business be back. The day after my oil change, I noticed the oil sticker did not match the oil my vehicle uses. I immediately called and Patrick answered. He told me that it could have just been the “wrong sticker” as he was chuckling at the situation, and that I couldn’t bring it in that day, but I could on Monday morning. Especially after hearing him laugh at my concern, I would never be comfortable with my vehicle in his possession or shop again. More

Got exactly the car we wanted. They did NOT have enough financing people forcing us to wait 2 hours to finalize deal. Found scratch on liftgate, brought to dealership 12/15. Said they would call us.
