I tried to use my package that came with my car when I bought it- 4 free oil changes and whatnot. Biggest mistake ever. I immediately called and Patrick answered. He told me that it could have just been the “wrong sticker” as he was chuckling at the situation, and that I couldn’t bring it in that day, but I could on Monday morning. Got exactly the car we wanted. They did NOT have enough financing people forcing us to wait 2 hours to finalize deal. Found scratch on liftgate, brought to dealership 12/15. Said they would call us.
