I have only experienced the Service Dept for my 2017 Kia Sportage. I have found everyone in that dept to be professional, courteous & efficient. I stopped at the Kia dealership (I didn't buy it there )to have someone help me with my 2019 Kia Sorento's radio, phone, map...I walked in the front door and a man came right out of his office and asked )to have someone help me with my 2019 Kia Sorento's radio, phone, map...I walked in the front door and a man came right out of his office and asked what he could do to help me.. He introduced himself as Kevin. He came out to my car, I showed him the problem. It only took him a few minutes to figure it out. My phone was not connected to my car any longer, simple for him.... he didn't make me fill stupid( I'm an older person)... Thank you to Kevin Hall......I've had my oil changed here and that also went well. More
