The service deparment is poorly identified. Upon parking and wandering through the building I was told to move my car to the other side of the building. At this point I just handed Mike my keys. He developed a nasty atgitude which carried through the rest of the experience. Fortunately Dustin was much better when it came to customer service, and was able to expedite the experience whereas Mike seemed more interested in making customers jump through his hoops. We bought our car here, and love what Kia has been doing lately. We will be in the market for a new Sedona next year, and will be buying from Olatha Kia even though it is further away. More
