I bought a Kia Sorento the end of February from Oakes Kia. I absolutely love it! Last week, I drove 2 hours for the free scheduled maintenance and decided to purchase the cross bars for the roof rack Kia. I absolutely love it! Last week, I drove 2 hours for the free scheduled maintenance and decided to purchase the cross bars for the roof rack as well. Everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and showed me how to take care of the cross bars. The area has some great places to visit while waiting for your vehicle and it gives me a perfect reason to spend some time in KC. I would highly recommend Oakes Kia. More

They kept my car overnight with no warning it was only supposed to be 2 1/2 hours! I told them I’m a single mother and this is my only vehicle they laughed and did not care I had to Uber there in the morn supposed to be 2 1/2 hours! The service department personnel did a fantastic job with my regular maintenance -- & dealt with the mouse nest! Yes, who knew mice could even get into the blower motor! Work overall was fine considering I was a walk in on a Saturday. The person who took care of me recognized me from assisting me before & knows I'm a hospital employee. I gave it a 4 out of 5 b/c I had asked for a tire rotation & provided a coupon for it. I'm not certain if the tire rotation was done b/c I didn't see it appear on the invoice.
