I bought my Soul at that dealership when it was Jack Miller. When it became Oakes the service department was curt with me and treated me like they didn't need my business. I started driving out to Shawn Miller. When it became Oakes the service department was curt with me and treated me like they didn't need my business. I started driving out to Shawnee Mission. I recently needed a new battery and checked with them again. Completely different treatment. They actually thanked me for giving them a second chance. They worked me in and got me out early.
