Josh Blackman told me Tuesday, December 16th that the replacement latch for my power tailgate was ordered and should be received in 2 days. Kate was great but the dealership just didn’t seem knowledgeable about EV’s. They also don’t have a supercharger so the likely hood of getting a fully charged vehicle is slim. This just makes the whol knowledgeable about EV’s. They also don’t have a supercharger so the likely hood of getting a fully charged vehicle is slim. This just makes the whole process more difficult because they only give you a 110v charger that takes 60 hours to charge. You have to to buy all these different adapters for different charging stations which was very difficult to figure out and not once did someone say get there is a supercharger that fits your car at these locations around KC. The sales manager Bruce told me to reach out anytime about questions but then complained when I messaged him around 10pm. He also sent me the wrong kind of adapter I needed which made charging much harder it was two weeks before I was able to not be stressed about having a charged vehicle. More
