I recently bought a Venza, the fifth vehicle I've bought from this dealer. Neal was the salesman for all our purchases. The Venza runs well, gas efficient, has lots of room and the front passenger seat meets the needs of someone who has a physical disability with limited movement of lower body. When the new 2011 Toyota Avalons came out, I stopped in at Oakbrook Toyota to see if they had any in stock. A salesman directed me to one they had on the showroom floor. After sitting in it and asking a few pertinent questions, I knew this was the car I wanted. I asked what kind of deal I could get. The salesman replied, "Why should I give you a deal?" I didn't need to hear anymore. I started to walk out when this same salesman asked me if I wanted to take a test drive. I just kept on walking out the door. I wonder if the sales manager shares this salesman's views or is it a dealership attitude. Whatever, I won't be going back to this dealership again. More

There was a brief moment of tension during the review of pricing questions I had but it was satisfactorily concluded. No high pressure on the upsell to additional warranty and other products that were offered, appropriately so. Post sale walkthrough of the Corolla by the delivery specialist struck the right balance to make sure the key elements were covered without the aspect of too much information that I would not retain. I have been trading at Oakbrook Toyota for several years. It is the kind of place that not only do they want your purchase to be pleasant, but they continue that positive experience with a highly skilled and knowledgeable staff in all areas. Par for the course, they are offering some amazingly good deals, and you guessed it, I traded. I had no intentions, but after numerous transactions over the years, I was very comfortable knowing that Oakbrook Toyota would be by my side. Not only is the sales force a great group, but so are the finance and service guys. In the last several years, I have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Oakbrook Toyota with zero issues whatsoever. In fact if I had a grandmother shopping for a new car, I would without any hesitation refer her to Oakbrook Toyota, as I do many of my friends. In a world full of cheats, liars, and dishonest people, I find it comforting to know that I have an extended family at Oakbrook Toyota. Service after the sale, is just that. When you arrive on the service drive, you are promptly acknowledged by s Toyota professional. In the past I was always nervous when I took my car in for service, not the case here at Oakbrook Toyota. I have never experienced a hard sale from anybody at this dealership, they only make suggestions as to what my car needs on my visit. We wanted to take advantage of some of the great opportunities that Toyota has been offering, so my Husband and I came in to purchase a SUV 2010. I could not decide which SUV to purchase. After seeing many cars designs, I was still not sure which car to purchase. Then, Alex asked me some question like how far I go to work, how many kids I have etc... After that he suggested me to buy RAV4. I wanted to buy luxurious car so, he showed car RAV4 with leather sit, Bluetooth built in, with auto starter. I did not have any reason to reject that car. Finally, I just purchased RAV4 2010. It was my 4th new vehicle through Oak Brook Toyota, and has always been more than satisfied with the dealership. Everyone at the dealership made us feel so welcomed. We always like to come to Oak Brook Toyota when we think about purchasing new car or trade in old car because we know that we are at the best place. I had a great experience and the sales, finance, and management staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. As a woman purchasing the car alone, I did not feel that I was being spoken down to or treated management staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked several questions and they were patient and very informative with their response. Greg, in finance, took the time to answer ALL my questions about the extended warranty and we worked well together on putting together a plan that worked well for my driving needs. I am certain that I will have an equally positive experience during the next several years when I take my vehicle in for regular maintenance and servicing.
