I brought a 4Runner into this dealership that I had purchased used. I wanted to get a general checkup and maintenance per the vehicle mileage. The service was great. My reason for visiting the dealership was to test drive a Toyota Venza. I drove two of them with different engine sizes. I recently purchased a Highlander Sport at Oakbrook Toyota. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating, making it a very pleasant experience. There service was excellent in every field, from Mike Schultz the gentlement I spoke to on the phone regarding the vehicle I saw online.I then went and saw him to see the vehicle. He answered all my questions and I exlpained I had a bad experience at another dealership. I was hesitate in purchasing the vehicle. He was concern on how I felt he wanted me to be comfortable and to have confidence in them. He then introduced me to Cesar Meraz, Sales Manager that worked with me regarding my experience and concern I had with another dealership by the name of Fidelity Motor Group in Palatine. I did not want to experience the same horrible experience I had at (F.M.G). Heads up to anyone who may be thinking to purchase a vehicle at (F.M.G.) don't do it. I was going to purchase a vehicle there, salesman Stephen Brady was helping me. I put down a $1,000 to hold a truck that I was going to purchase. The next day the truck was sold. They were rude and treated my sale like trash they were not professional at all. They need to take classes from Oakbrook Toyota. I can go on and on about them. Manager Cesar Meraz made buying my new toyota 4runner a pleasure my wife and I were amazed how pleasurable this trip to the dealer was, as far as pricing goes I feel as they were very flexible giving me what I wanted for my trade and a great price on our new vehicle. The finance manager Greg was also very helpful explaining options as far as warranty and seeing that we got the best possible rate. I have purchased toyotas in the past with great luck and success at other toyota dealers but I must say Oakbrook Toyota in westmont really stands apart from the rest. I contacted Alex and was able to wrap up a deal in two days. Alex had the van my wife wanted, and the experience was excellent. The car was waiting on the show room floor, and it was delivered to me by Tom Hong. Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions for another excellent experience. The formal lease paperwork was prepared by Marcin Ajdukiewicz. I thoroughly enjoyed this brief meeting - another excellent experience...3 for 3! More
