I e-mailed Alex, the GM, and he put me in touch with Bob in Finance and Keith in Sales. Bob was great--he was able to get me 0% finance when I was sure I would even qualify. Keith was able to quickly show me a few different Camrys based on what features I wanted. After the paperwork was done, Tom walked me through the car and made sure I knew every feature before I drove off with my new car. Will definitely visit them again when that time comes. More

In the last week of April 2011, for the first time, I bought a used car through a dealership. I went to Oakbrook Toyota with a friend. In these recessionary economic times, I was wary that my buying a 'new' car was risky. Also, it was my most expensive of any car I had previously purchased. I was very fortunate that Bertone was assigned to me. As a first time dealership buyer, over a substantial period of time, my friend and I greatly appreciated his patience and consideration in concisely answering all my questions and diligently obtaining responses. He has an excellent laid-back, candid, and helpful style. Neither my friend nor I felt pressured. My friend and I felt comfortable with the whole processes of buying the dealership's vehicle and trading in my own vehicle. I bought the vehicle that I had sought prior to arriving at the dealership. While I aimed for somewhat better prices, I nonetheless, came away from the whole experience thinking I got a fair deal, instead of feeling I got hoodwinked or otherwise excessively charged. To his further credit, during my subsequent contacts with him, he continues to offer his unconditioned assistance and works in the same ways as on the date when I first walked into his dealership. When I got there, all the details remained in place and the price didn't change. In fact, I think that was what I liked the best – Joe and his crew figured the price and the trade before I ever left Wisconsin, and when I got to Westmont, the numbers were right, to the penny. Not only that, but the car I purchased was exactly as described, with no surprises. The last car I purchased, from a different Illinois dealer (who shall remain nameless) was a disaster, so this was a pleasant change. (On consideration, maybe what I liked the best was that there were no surprises when I got to the dealership!) I would recommend Oakbrook Toyota in general and Joe Glorioso in particular to anybody looking for a car. More

I am a Toyota Customer for last four years and bought the car from Alex Syed when he was in other Toyota. He is one of the best General Manager I ever met. I save time when I go to Oakbrook toyota because they tried their best to help their customers and not let them go dis-satisfied. I purchased Toyota Camry for my sister two weeks ago and we deal with Alex directly as I know him for a while. He worked with my sister on the price and the options she needed and gave us the best deal which no other dealer in chicago area was giving to my sister. One of my other friend called me over the weekend as he was on a different dealer ship trying to buy a new Camry but it was not coming in his range with the price and options he was looking for. I called Oakbrook Toyota General Manager Alex on Sat night after 8 P.M. and he did received my call and talked to me and my friend regarding the situation and asked us to come on Tuesday and he will help us out. We werent sure if the deal will be done as we spoke on phone only but when we went there our new Black Shinny Camry was all set to go with us. It was washed, cleaned and filled up with the gas and it didnt took us more then 2 hours to wrap up the deal and we were out of the dealership. We had no hassle in negotiation nor in the trade in as Alex accepted the price we were looking to get for our old car. I would love to go to Oakbrook Toyota again as my sister is interested in buying the car on 0% pretty soon and with the Best Cusomter Service from Oakbrook Toyota I would like to recommend everyone to go there and make a deal and if you need special pricing General Manager (Alex Syed) is there to help you out and you can tell you read my (Usuf) review on the website! We (family and I) arrived at Oakbrook Toyota looking for a 2011 Toyota Rav-4. There were plenty in stock. We were greeted by John Cheung a very friendly, knowledgeable, laid back sales associate. He brought a 2011 Toyota Rav-4. There were plenty in stock. We were greeted by John Cheung a very friendly, knowledgeable, laid back sales associate. He brought us to the show room floor and described some of the features and showed us the various adjustments of seats, etc. of a RAV-4 Limited. He then escorted us to the lot where the RAV-4 we were interested in were kept and shortly thereafter arranged for us to take a test drive. Here comes the negotiations. John Cheung was very patient while we (my family and I) discussed numbers and much to our surprise, Mr. Cheung also offered the use of his laptop to look up invoice prices online to help us in the negotiations. After the obligatory haggling of price, Cesar Meraz, the sales manager introduced himself to us and he like Mr. Cheung understood the importance of not rushing into a vehicle purchase without being totally comfortable. He asked us what number would be comfortable to us so that we would drive home in a RAV-4 tonight and after a brief moment of throwing some numbers around, we were able to reach a number that my family and I felt was a great deal. Now with the usual paperwork, Mr. Cheung answered questions that we had on the paperwork. Fast forward the paperwork and payment and it's well past closing time and most of the employees have already left for home and there's Mr. Cheung making sure that everything is good while we wait for the RAV-4 to be prepped/washed. As soon as the vehicle was ready, he brought us out to the RAV-4 and made sure there were no scratches on a new vehicle (being a black vehicle, every potential scratch was inspected by us and Mr. Cheung). He personally polished and wiped off the water marks and smudges with a squirt bottle of unknown solution and a microfiber towel. Afterwards, he explained some of the features of the vehicle before we set off for home. I don't know if he left for home right after we drove off the lot in our brand new 2011 Black 4 cylinder, 4WD RAV-4, but considering he stayed for 2 hours after closing to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase, I wouldn't be surprised if he stuck around to see if he could help anyone else.
