Worst Experience. I finished paperwork and signed the documents. they got me approval and even registered vehicle on my name. All set to go and take vehicle. i left it so that I take insurance and take i documents. they got me approval and even registered vehicle on my name. Next day I am there for car they say they cant hand over as I should increase my down payment and reduce the months for payment from 60 to 36. or else go for different bank with higher percentage. Worst Dealership. Go for different make. Do not deal with sale guys Uday and Sam. More

Features of the car was explained in detail both before and after the sale. I had a minor personal mishap that happened right AFTER the sale and he walked away from another sales opportunity to help me out. I was touched...and not only from him. There were other guys on the floor who offered help that was beyond my expectation. On the pricing...The manager, Cesar, was great to work with. I was being treated fairly and honestly. Things are straight up. No unpleasant surprise. Transaction was smooth. Everybody I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. It is just obvious that these guys have been in the business long enough to know how to run a business. Definitely the place to go if you need a Toyota in the Chicagoland. I came here on the heel of a nightmarish experience from Toyota of Naperville. The difference was day and night where these guys at Oakbrook just did everything right. More
Ok. So I should start by saying that as soon as we pulled up to the dealership there were 8-10 dealers standing there waiting for people. So the sale began as soon as stepped out of the car. After being perfectly honest and upfront in saying that we were just looking to look at used corolla's. Bob (the salesman) started out great. He walked us through all of the cool features on the car, explained what made it special etc. So we took one for a test drive and it was great. But then afterwards he wasn't satisfied, because the car we were looking at wasn't the most expensive corolla. So we test drove that one as well, which honestly didn't ride as nice despite being over $1500 more. So we headed into the dealership to see if they would deal with us. As soon as Bob sat down at his desk, the likable person from the test drives and lot vanished and it suddenly became a high pressure sales game. He proceeded to tell us that they hadn't fixed any of the dents or scratches (and beleive me there were a ton of them on each car we looked) hadn't been fixed because it had been stormy the previous week... what? When we asked what a reasonable time frame to expect them to be fixed was, he informed that a used car was never going to be perfect and he couldn't give us a time frame. After refusing to move on the price at all, despite the fact that each one was really beat up (they really were embarrassingly beat up). He proceeded to get red in the face angry when we wouldn't buy a car. Despite starting the day off by stating that we weren't buying anything that day. I've never seen anything like it. If he got that angry because we were asking questions before we had bought anything I can only imagine the level of service I wouldn't get after I had purchased a vehicle. Corollas are a dime a dozen. You'd be better off looking elsewhere. As an after note. I just got off the phone with Caesar who reached out to me after the review to apologize for the service and to find out a little more about what happened. Which goes a long way. Hopefully no one else will have to go through what we did there. More

I traded in my '11 RAV4 and bought an '11 Sienna after deciding that the RAV4 was too small for my family. They were able to cut my loss down as much as I expected. Certainly, they did not HAVE to and probably no other dealer would have considered this. However, OB stood behind its customer and its previous parts and service work. 4) Frank Andry did a terrifc job in ensuring all my needs were met relative to the new car purchase and post purchase process. OB Toyota has delivered the best experience from a dealership in 30 plus years of auto purchasing. I Will definitely target OB Toyota as my family's primary dealer in years to come. More
