Oakbrook Toyota is part of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group and that is more than just a name hanging on our building. It really means something. It means that we will always treat each customer like the most important person in our facility, and that is because you are the most important person in our facility. Without you we would not have so many dealerships in our network and we wouldn’t have a history that extends back over 40 years. Our staff is not here to sell you cars, we are here to build a relationship with you, and if we can assist you in your car buying or servicing process, then that is all the better.
We do not throw sales pitches at you, because we know what a sales pitch is. A sales pitch is an attempt to sell somebody something that they didn’t want for a price that they were unprepared to pay. Oakbrook Toyota wants to get you exactly what you want in the West Chicago area. We don’t mind hearing the word no, because we know that it just brings us one step closer to finding the vehicle that you will say yes to. The members of our sales staff quickly build relationships with our customers, because customer relationships are very important to us. We do not care if we sell you a car now or a year from now. We want to be there to help you in your automotive journey, and we want you to take that journey on your terms.

I have been trying to get in contact with Maher, but he voicemail is full and my email has not been answered. I got my car 2 weeks ago and was told I would get another key fob and a detailing because there voicemail is full and my email has not been answered. Maher the manager was kind enough the drive a newly arrived car around to the front minutes before closing. Dan was very patient and searched diligently for area vehicles when I was trying to decide. Joelson was readily available to keep me posted of vehicles as they became available and when I finally found the vehicle I wanted, he expedited the transfer of the vehicle to Oakbrook Toyota, so a transaction can be made. The gentleman and finance was very informative and explained all of our options in detail. More

Test drove a used 2023 rav4 and was ready to sign the paperwork. That was until we were informed the car came with one key. Who buys a car with one key? We decided this was not worth our money and wanted paperwork. That was until we were informed the car came with one key. Who buys a car with one key? We decided this was not worth our money and wanted to look elsewhere. Maher said he will give us the extra key and floor mats (which the car also did not come with). After saying we no longer wanted the vehicle because we believed they should have been offered in the first place, Maher then started raising his voice saying that he “does not need to give us anything.” Shockingly enough, we do not need to buy a car from him! Definitely recommend going to the Honda of Lisle instead! More
