Ask for Stan Mulica for a hassle free purchase experience. I visited the dealership with my Mother to purchase a new 2015 Avalon. Stan Mulica was our salesman and treated both of us great. Problems after problems I bought a Rav4 right before Christmas, hoping that the reputation of the dealership would meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to take the car I bought a Rav4 right before Christmas, hoping that the reputation of the dealership would meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to take the car back the next week to have the ENTIRE exhaust system redone! I drove 2 hours and waited for 4 hours while they "took care" of the problem. Yes, they did it for free but soon after, another major problem arose. Warning lights are on in the car, while they're on, abs doesn't work, cruise control doesn't work, bearings are bad and the exhaust is still loud. When I called them they told me they couldn't keep fixing the car! They shouldn't have to keep fixing it if it was a good car!!! I wonder if they even took the time to go over the car when they took it in. I'm very disappointed in them and would NEVER recommend anybody buying from them. They obviously don't check the cars they sell and sell them for whatever price they want. More

Dismal Customer Service!! Went to have oil changed with a coupon...the service desk person seemed to be in such a bad mood that he didn't even care to listen to what i was sayi Went to have oil changed with a coupon...the service desk person seemed to be in such a bad mood that he didn't even care to listen to what i was saying!!!.
