Great car very poor service/followup I recently April/May 2015 purchased a great car from this dealership but the service after the sale was horrendous. I was never called or contacted by Adam my salesman or the dealership about a few concerns that I had mentioned during the purchase. I was sold a warranty that I have a few questions about and a few other small questions about the car. It may not be profitable for this dealer to sell a $10k car but its real money to me and I expect a call or note to thank me for my business. I am happy with the car and maybe this is the new way of doing business but its a awful way to stay in business. I suggest they read the book " Fit to Bust: How great companies fail " John Burt More

We quickly switched over to Oakbrook Toyota even though we live in Naperville and Toyota of Naperville is so much closer. Oakbrook Toyota has always been nice, prompt and courteous. I called to arrange to have keys made on a vehicle we had bought used. The Parts Department quoted me the price of the part and installation (after consulting with the service dept). Just because I like to double check quotes, I called the service department and they quoted a different price for installation. I was frustrated by the conflicting costs. Long story short....I went Toyota dealership service shopping and found a Toyota dealership to do the job for 1/2 the price of Oakbrook - I saved $200! I would have never guessed that each dealership would charge you differently for the same service. Even the cost of the parts were different. If I would have went to Toyota of Naperville I would have saved $60, but I don't even trust them to do an oil change. People do your due diligence!! More
Wonderful Sales Consultant, General Manager & Business Manag I had originally bought my 2003 Echo from Oakbrook Toyota back in 2003 as a new vehicle and had all of my oil changes, everything done at this dealers I had originally bought my 2003 Echo from Oakbrook Toyota back in 2003 as a new vehicle and had all of my oil changes, everything done at this dealership through the 12 years I owned the vehicle. I was happy then and I was sure I would be happy again. I wouldn't go anyplace other than Oakbrook Toyota. I stopped by on July 2, 2015 to just look at new vehicles. Mustafa greeted me as the sales consultant and I explained that Anita Gomez has spoken with me on the phone and then he had Anita introduce us. Syed Mustafa couldn't have been a better sales person. He was kind, explained the difference between vehicles, and suggested one which he felt would be a perfect match for me. However, it was not in the color I was interested in. He approached Alex Syed the General Manager who stated that they had just gotten in new vehicles which were not on the lot and that he would get that one brought up for me to test drive. I did and I was hooked on the Toyota Camry SLE. It was everything I wanted and I loved the feel of the drive in that vehicle. Especially since I was trading in my 2003 Echo. I Quite a change. Mustafa then introduced me to Steve Niechcielski, Business Manager, who took me through all of the paperwork and was also very kind and funny as well. I was able to get my car with a $500 and a $750 special cash toward purchase as well as a wonderful trade-in value for my Echo. I also wanted heated seats as well as a remote start and Mustafa told me that wouldn't be a problem to have installed on the car either. I drove my new car off the lot that very night and brought it back on Monday, July 7th to have the heated seats and remote start put into the vehicle. I got a free loaner car and then picked up my car again on Monday July 8th. I couldn't have been happier. I will be going to Oakbrook Toyota for everything I need to have done to the car in the future. Thank you Oakbrook Toyota for the excellent sales staff you have working for you. More
