Doug helped us out and was very friendly and informative. He made sure we had the exact car we were looking to buy and when he found it, we were sold! Then off to financing we went with Greg, who was just as friendly and informative as Doug. We were at the dealership past closing time & these men made sure we got our car and had all the information we needed. Doug even waited until we were completely done with financing to walk us out and make sure that were satisfied with our purchase. Now's that excellent customer service! More

Salesmen approach me and I usually ignore them or quickly go back down to service. Today was different. With Mo Afzal's kind, professional approach it piqued my interest. Before I knew it I was test driving a car I had had my eye on for some time. He answered my questions and guided me through the financial aspect flawlessly. I really had not expected to buy a car today, but I'm glad I did. More

We explained the car we had seen on line, he then invited us into his air conditioned office, it was 90° out side. We sat down he listened to us. He then found the vehicle we described and we were in the drivers seat doing a test drive. Every thing checked out fine. He was not pushing us into a sale because we drove in to buy a car. The whole transaction between meeting Mo, and my wife Amy took around 2hours. We highly recommended that you stop here and ask for MO AFZAL He is a down to earth salesman Sincerely Robert Richlinski More

Oakbrook's finance I had an unforgettable experience at Oakbrook Toyota with Mustafa. - I secured a loan from my credit union prior to my visit. Oakbrook's finance guy stopped by to talk about the loan and conceded he couldn't get me a better deal. After that, Mustafa gave me a form that clearly stated "Credit Application" at the top and insisted I fill out my information for their records... I played along and wrote down my name and address. When I failed to enter my SS#, Mustafa told me he needed it. When I asked why, he said it's was required by law whenever there was a cash purchase. I reminded him it wasn't a cash purchase and refused to give it. He then told me finance guy would explain it to me. He never did and it wasn't asked for again. I'm guessing he wanted my SS# so he could run my credit and offer me a loan through them. It felt very, very shady. - When Mustafa wrote up the final offer, he was quick to offer me a pen to sign it but I read it. Buried in the offer was a line item for almost $300. When I asked him what it was, he walked me over to a sign that outlined the expense... Protection in case the vehicle was stolen. Given the type of car, age, and price, AND given the fact that I have insurance, clearly this was unnecessary. However, Mustafa tried to slip it past me. Again, it felt shady. There were several other instances where I felt like I was getting screwed over or lied to. I'd get vague answers, I'd be told someone else would explain it, and I got flat out lies. Oh, and within the first week of owning the vehicle, the check engine light came on and we had to sink a few hundred bucks in for repairs. Figures. More
