I went to the desk and despite seeing multiple people behind the desk moving around no one acknowledged me or asked if they could help for about 10 minutes. Then they asked about my keys and spent another 10 minutes looking for my keys and the guy who took the keys. Then finally they helped me. The rest of the visit went smoothly. I would probably go back due to location and good prior experience but won’t go back if I have a similar experience in the future More
