Overlooked prior miscommunication, but second time NOT Purchased new Titan Xd in Dec. 2016, radio ad offering 1000 stocking stuffer, but no it wasn't honored. Well we overlooked that, disappointed yes but Purchased new Titan Xd in Dec. 2016, radio ad offering 1000 stocking stuffer, but no it wasn't honored. Well we overlooked that, disappointed yes but it wasn't a deal breaker. Second miscommunication was when truck was taken in for 10k oil change, fuel filter change. Complete debacle over what was done, and what wasn't done and the amount we were charged for. Filed complaint with BBB requesting 94.99 refund because of items that were supposedly done, but either weren't or weren't discussed with us prior. Received call from Ken Absher the service manager stating they were gonna make it right and refund the full 303.00 and he apologized for everything. Today we get notification from BBB that they are only refunding 94.99. Called Mr Absher and he says he assumed that he would be giving a full refund, but the owner Scott Graap says, No just refund 94.99. Needless to say they do not honor what they tell you, place any miscommunications on someone else. The Oak Ridge Nissan decals will be coming off our truck immediately, no more free advertising from us when you treat customers this way. If the 94.99 ever shows up, I will update, however it's hard to swallow one more lie from Oak Ridge Nissan. It's a say one thing yet do another kind of dealership. Proceed with caution, get everything in writing, do NOT go by what they SAY, cause someone will crawfish their way out of it. More
Awful dealership I wish I could give this less than one star because they honestly don't even deserve that. I purchased a vehicle. After I got it home I noticed the pa I wish I could give this less than one star because they honestly don't even deserve that. I purchased a vehicle. After I got it home I noticed the paint was peeling on it. I contacted them less than a week from purchasing the vehicle and then they said they would fix it but it would be a few weeks before their paint guy was there. Finally, they were able to see me coincidentally after the 30 days was up They "repaired it" by touching up the color and it is not even the same color. It looks awful. It seriously looks like someone just painted white out over it. I could have did a better job than these clowns. The vehicle is now peeling all over and I am now having to get a new paint job myself at my expense. They presented a clean carfax and claimed the vehicle has never being wrecked. When you look at the paint closely, you can see that it is bubbled up and has been touched up in numerous spots. The taillights were also backwards and I had to get them rewired. These guys look at vehicles all day every day. They sold me this vehicle knowing that it had paint issues and failed to disclose that information. They also refused to help me rectify the issue even though I contacted them about the issue within the first few days of purchasing the vehicle and they just kept brushing me off. I will never purchase another vehicle from here ever again. I love Nissan but these guys give Nissan a bad name. If you choose Nissan, purchase from a corporate Nissan dealer, not a franchise such as this one. More
Overpriced & DISHONEST: do not come to them for servicing!!! They ripped us off on a diagnostic test by overcharging us $126. Being new to cars, and thinking I this sounded overpriced, so I asked my mom. She called around and found out that the average diagnostic test is from $40-80, and the first 15 minutes are usually free. I They also attempted to overcharge us for the installation of an air flow meter; they said including service charge that it would cost $486.58. I looked online, and found the part for $26, and asked around and heard that it should cost AT THE MOST $100 to have it installed. This place is dishonest, overpriced, and offers poor quality service. I would advise everyone I know not to go here. More
Their record keeping seems to be in disarray. This may be a carryover from previous ownership. I had problems with the financial person making numerous errors when I was in process of purchasing the pickup. a carryover from previous ownership. I had problems with the financial person making numerous errors when I was in process of purchasing the pickup. Today, I was there to have some warranty work performed. I was presented with a work authorization form. It stated to read before signing. This I did. I found information on the form pertaining to my vehicle to be inaccurate. At first I refused to sign as I did not wish to make a false statement. Penny made a copy of this form, I signed the original but made it clear that I wanted to know why facts were incorrect. I took the form to a person in the management area I expect. The people there suggested that it was just an internal mix up where stock numbers got mixed up. Still on the forms my vehicle was listed as silver, Not the white that it is. It was stated that it was delivered to me with approx 4885 miles on the odometer. It actually had 283 unless the aforementioned 4000+ was rolled back. They claimed that the VIN number on my vehicle matched the one that was being described on my work order. They said it was some kind of computer glitch. Most of us know that this usually means someone screwed up. Also said it was not anything I should be worried about. My concern is why should I trust them when they could not straighten out this problem. This mix up may be innocent but should not happen OR it could mean something not so innocent is going on. More
