Service Dept Rocks I love dealing with the service department at Oak Ridge Nissan. The guys are more than willing to work with me about my appointment time, even when I I love dealing with the service department at Oak Ridge Nissan. The guys are more than willing to work with me about my appointment time, even when I mess up and forget the time difference (I'm on central time, they're on eastern). And they've got lots of snacks and soft drinks, wi-fi, and TV to keep me occupied, even though they don't take long to get the work done. Never had a problem with any of the work they've done. Good job, guys!!! More

Professional, timely, and great service!! I gave this rating based on numerous visits to this dealership for service and I have never been disappointed. The sales reps are very courteous and always willing to help. I purchased my first Nissan off Alcoa Highway from an Oldsmobile dealership but the voice inside my head kept telling me to go to Oak Ridge Nissan. But I did not listen and when it came time for me to do some major Engine repair I did not listen and I took it to Ted Russell Nissan instead and that was a costly lesson. When I finally took my car to Oak Ridge Nissan it was too late and they quickly identified that my motor was on its last leg and would require replacing/rebuilding. J.P> Anderson was the service rep I dealt with and he quickly connected with a sale person and I now own a 2014 Maxima which I am very proud of. Since the purchase of my Maximo the only service department that touches my car is Oak Ridge Nissan! More

We live in North Knoxville and there are two other Nissan dealerships closer to us, but I would rather drive a little bit farther to Oak Ridge because I’ve always had a great experience. More
