They are honest and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something that I don't need. They also work with my budget and give options for necessary repairs versus repairs that would be helpful in the long run. More

Mr. Jermaine Wood worked very hard and diligently to help me buy the car of my choice. OT Sales gave me a great deal for my trade-in. The car I bought was perfect. There was nothing to be done and I was also offered a 2 year car warranty. Although, it's a 2008, it had very low miles and it drove off the lot like a brand new car. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I forgot the young man's name who showed me all the features of the car. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely purchase another car from OT Sales again in the future. And I highly recommend OT Sales to anyone looking to purchase a good dependable vehicle. And I highly recommend Mr. Jermaine Wood! Thank you, Mr. Wood and the entire OT Sales Staff for all your help! ~Lisa M. Robinson More

It sounded pretty good so asked if they could send me a carfax report for it. They did and on Monday, I called back to discuss a price with them. We agreed a price for the car, a cost for shipping and their 'document' cost. They said someone else was interested in the car, so if I wanted it, I better give them a deposit on it right now. This may Monday night at 6:45pm. I gave them my credit card details and they requested a copy of my drivers license first thing in the morning. I sent a copy of my drivers license at 8:45am and waited for the paperwork to arrive. I kept checking my email, through the day at work - nothing. On the way home, I gave them a call to see where the paperwork was - had it got lost in the Internet? No, they had someone else, go into the dealership, offer them more money and sold the car to them! They told me I could have my 'non-refundable deposit' back (we didn't take it from you card) and sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sure it would have been different if I had changed my mind and not wanted to buy their car. This isn't the way to run a business. Certainly not good for customer service. More
O.T Auto Sales Review Service was pretty good, I found a car I was looking for out of state and flew into Chicago from Buffalo. I was picked up at the airport by one of the Service was pretty good, I found a car I was looking for out of state and flew into Chicago from Buffalo. I was picked up at the airport by one of the owners and was introduced to my salesman Jermaine Wood who I spoke with over the phone about the BMW I was interested in. Car was fantastic inside and out, test drove it with Jermaine and purchased the car. Filled up the gas tank, ran a carfax report for my current car and the staff was very friendly too bad they didn't live in Buffalo! My only issue I had was after driving for about 65 miles the tire low pressure screen appeared and it was a slow leak that eventually needed a new tire that took about 3 1/2 hours off my travel time to get it fixed. Other than that the car rode great for 535 miles getting home safe and sound. Regards, David Guarino More
