Great sales department awful service department I’ve owned my car for a month and have driven it for 7 days because each time I take it to be serviced, it takes DAYS to get it back. Most recently th I’ve owned my car for a month and have driven it for 7 days because each time I take it to be serviced, it takes DAYS to get it back. Most recently they forgot about it. I dropped it off on a Wednesday evening to have service the following day. They said I’d have it the following Tuesday. When I called, they said it was forgotten. If I didn’t like my sales guy so much (Quincy), I’d give 1 ?? to the dealership. More

Poor recent experience - recommend with reservations On my last scheduled service - usually an appointment lasting 2 hours - we were advised on arrival it would take an additional 2 hours because "people On my last scheduled service - usually an appointment lasting 2 hours - we were advised on arrival it would take an additional 2 hours because "people were ahead of us." Four hours later - after my call - we were told the car hadn't been seen yet and there were 4 more cars ahead of us. After an additional trip back to BMW, and a total 5 hour wait, my car still hadn't been serviced, and the service rep asked if they could keep it 2 more days. I scheduled another service, took my car and left. We have had good service in the past from this dealership, but since changing hands it has definitely become spotty. Staff are friendly, but service in my opinion has fallen off, and I'm no longer confident in the level of experience I see in their service staff It's the only dealership in Omaha, so here's hoping it improves; everyone deserves a second chance. More

My 6th and her 3rd, our first together; not to mention numerous window shopping experiences where we've been so turned off by the aggressive sales staff that we just walked out. This was by far our best experience! The salesman, Curtis, was knowledgeable, Friendly, laid back, and easy going. He truly listened to what we were looking for and not only tolerated but encouraged our "process" to make sure we were comfortable with the final selection. He walked us through the options for care packages and helped us make the decision best for us. His honesty lent to the feeling we were working with a friend and even invited us to bring our puppy to make sure he new ride was pet approved! I genuinely felt his main focus was making sure we were happy with the whole experience, and that's what ultimately led to the sell. Thanks Curtis! More
