Wrong tire pressure in new tires I had an appointment at 11 o’clock to get new tires I got the car back at 2:30 so that was 3 1/2 hours to get tires put on that seems a little bit lo I had an appointment at 11 o’clock to get new tires I got the car back at 2:30 so that was 3 1/2 hours to get tires put on that seems a little bit long No sooner had I left the dealership with my new tires that the air pressure light went on I went to the nearest gas station and found out that my driver side front tire was 8 pounds over pressure and my passenger side front tire was 8 pounds under pressure which is what caused the warning light The back two tires pressure was fine but you’d expect a Jaguar dealer to be able to get tire pressure correct More

The service department arranged to have my car towed. They found out that the filter that was recommended by their catalogue was incorrect. They switched the filter, and notified BMW of the catalogue error. They sent a driver to pick me up and apologized for the inconvenience. They definitely earned my admiration and loyalty. More
