I felt like Mitch listened to me and was willing to take the time to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He answered my questions or would find answers if he did not know. The dealership has hours for the time to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He answered my questions or would find answers if he did not know. The dealership has hours for people to work around their schedule. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is clean and has a amenities for customers who are there for any length of time. Dealership was willing to assist me in returning a vehicle I was renting. The only criticism is that there was not clear communication of sales information of car and money to be put down given to finance department. The error created additional time completing paperwork. While i did have issues with the financing of my car but none of that was Jeff’s fault. He immediately worked with us to get it fixed and right.
