Mitch Warren made my experience a 10/10. He was punctual, knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and had my best interest which is important to me. I fully trusted him and he made the car buying He was punctual, knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and had my best interest which is important to me. I fully trusted him and he made the car buying process so easy! You will not find someone more hard working than Mitch, he came in on his day off to close the deal because that is what worked best for me. Another great thing about Mitch is he did not pressure me into buying whatever they had on the lot, he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted in the price range that I was comfortable with. The manager, Sam, was also wonderful. He remembered me from when I got my CX-5 4 years ago and made my experience very personable. The whole team at O’Daniel Mazda is amazing and I will never go somewhere else to buy a vehicle! More
