I had a delightful experience working with Junior at O'Daniel Mazda. He got me into a vehicle that I love and cannot thank him enough. It was great to actually walk into a dealership and not be hounded, I had called the night before looking for information on a certain vehicle and then set up an appt the next day for a test drive, drove t be hounded, I had called the night before looking for information on a certain vehicle and then set up an appt the next day for a test drive, drove the Escape over my lunch hour and took it back and they said they still needed to look at one of my trade ins and so I came back in the evening, returing the Escape. I could tell that Heinrich was a newer salesman but he did not shy away for getting my questions answered and George his boss was also very helpful. I was trading in 2 vehicles and that was not an issue for them. I bought my Escape on Wednesday and I am really enjoying the vehicle. Also a shot out to Tim the finance guy that moved things right along. Thanks O'Daniel Mazda for the awesome experience. More
