Very accommodating, very nice, however it took way too long waiting for the finance associate to get to us. Also, realized on the ride home, a bumping noise in the front of the vehicle. Come to see that the front of the vehicles paint doesn't match the rest of the car. I got the Carfax only to find out it was in an accident, and if I'd know this prior to the purchase, I wouldn't have done so. I have an email into the sales manager about this, so let's see if they do right by a new customer. More

Very simple process, came in and told Matt exactly what I was looking for as far as terms.
