The Best I have purchased several new autos and used cars at this dealership and these guys do it right from sales to service . I have even used the body shop I have purchased several new autos and used cars at this dealership and these guys do it right from sales to service . I have even used the body shop on occasion and the quality and workmanship has always been top notch. Service dept always goes out of there way and are extremely courteous and you wont leave unless your completely happy. They do go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I've bought cars from California to florida and never found a dealership that treats customers this way. This dealership has that old school quality and ur treated the way a customer should be all the way from your purchase through the life of your purchase including excellent service I don't know why anyone would purchase an auto anywhere else. This is a family run business and your always treated as family. More

My daughter bought her first car from him, I just bought a vehicle last week from him & my husband is going back today for yet another car. Patient and Professional My wife and I worked with Phil Swaidner at O'Daniel Ford in New Haven, IN. We had to decide the type of vehicle that would work best for our antique b My wife and I worked with Phil Swaidner at O'Daniel Ford in New Haven, IN. We had to decide the type of vehicle that would work best for our antique business and fit my 6'3" frame. After considering both transit vans (one was too low to the ground and other too big to fit in our garage), we went back to our old standby, and purchased another F150. This was our 5th Ford truck purchased in a row. Phil was very patient with us and showed us the advantages of all these great Ford products. His "boss", Jeff Lengerich was very helpful and courteous each time we visited the dealership. Also, during this time, my wife and I had five major surgeries between the two of us. Phil kept in touch during this almost two year period showing genuine concern and was never pushy. His kind and concerned emails and phone messages were much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Phil Swaidner and this dealership for any of your future vehicle needs. More

Tony Fortner - Customer Support Recognition I am positing about the outstanding sales support we recently received from one of your sales team members – Tony Fortner. Over the last week I calle I am positing about the outstanding sales support we recently received from one of your sales team members – Tony Fortner. Over the last week I called your dealership and Tony answered the sales call. I was seeking a new Ford vehicle for my daughter Ashley who is graduating this weekend from Indiana Tech (yahoo – one down two to go!!). I have to say the support we have received from Tony has been unbelievable. He was very attentive to our needs and worked closely with Ashley to find the perfect vehicle. She drove away this week with a 2015 Fusion. Quite openly I was very concerned about handling this on her behalf from Dearborn Michigan, but Tony’s superior customer service made me totally comfortable that my little girl was being taken of in the right way. ODaniel has a great sales staff and they are representing Ford in a very positive way I can tell you from my latest experience the team is “doing it right”. Dissapointed and won't return Purchased a used Chevy S-10 two days ago for my son. I was told that the dealership mechanics has checked the vehicle and found no issues....they said Purchased a used Chevy S-10 two days ago for my son. I was told that the dealership mechanics has checked the vehicle and found no issues....they said this several times through conversations with both myself and my parents. After test driving, my father was able to determine that the vehicle needed new tires and an alignment which was not told to us by the salesman, only pointed out by us. I purchased it knowing this and took it into the shop to have this done only to find out that the steering rods need replaced as well. I understand that buying used, you tend to get what you pay for, but feel that the dealership had to of known the steering rod issue and should have told me. I likely would have still bought it but now I feel as if they were hiding it or even lying about it. Now I am putting $1K in tires, alignment, and new steering rods. While the salesman was friendly, I will not purchase from this particular dealer location again. There are far too many choices today and I will seek out more trustworthy options in the future. More

Absolutely Great Sales Staff I was looking for a 1st car for my son who will get his drivers license a couple of months. We went to several dealers including O'Daniel Ford in New Haven IN. I just wasn't finding anything I felt was safe and dependable (with reasonable pricing). Phil Swaidner new what I wanted for my high schooler. He called me on a Saturday to let me know someone just traded a car in that fit the criteria I needed. When I looked at the car I was amazed. He had found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Phil and his attention to customers needs, my son is driving a Beautiful car and I can sleep in peace knowing I don't have to worry about him breaking down on the road somewhere.
