Fantastic! Outta the park! My wife and I drove from Wapakoneta Ohio to look at a truck that I called about. When I called about that truck I talked to Phil Swaidner. Phil was very courteous and professional on the phone, he answered all of my questions and even took pictures of the truck with his phone and sent them to me because we live so far away. When we made the trip to the dealership we were greeted by everyone we came in contact with until we met Phil. Phil and Mike Everson treated us with a level of respect and professionalism that we had not come close to receiving at our local Ford dealership. We may have to drive an hour to get there but O'Daniel Ford is where my wife and I will shop for our vehicles from now on. Definite home run!!! More

Scott Oser listened to me and found exactly what I wanted - beyond my expectations - all without the "dreaded car buying experience." It was the quickest transaction I have ever had. Again, I want to stress that I now have a beautiful vehicle that I did not think would have been in my budget. I am so thankful. I had gone to another local dealer for my last two vehicles and I was always happy and thought I was getting a good deal. I now realize that there is better. I will absolutely return to O'Daniel and look forward to dealing with Scott in the future. I have also worked with Glenn Campbell in the service department and am impressed with his knowledge of vehicles. I have always experienced great customer service in dealing with Glenn (I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse in the past).
