Since I started becoming disabled from my ALS, I have had a wide variety of experiences and your employees excelled in their sense of compassion as they took care of me. James Meyer answered the questions I had and gave me assurance that they would take care of whatever problems I had. The senior technician, Tony Crawford, joined James to assist with my questions and even installed the seat trim, that I had ordered and came to pick up, at no cost while I waited! And Geina Hissong....what a remarkable young lady she is! She knew that I was struggling to stand at the counter and walk any distance so she suggested I have a seat and she would come to me for signatures and to process payment. Most people that I encounter are truly oblivious to the needs of people with mobility problems but not these people. They saw, they noticed my struggles to stand and walk, and they made every effort to minimize my difficulties and serve me beyond the call of duty.
