Ross did a great job of getting to know me and listening to me share with him the specifications that I had for a new truck. Ross then worked very hard for several days finding me the right match. Finally once the purchase was made, Ross took a great deal of time to help me get my phone paired up with the new truck and understand all of the workings of the new radio.
