Adam really worked hard at getting me the vehicle I wanted. He was very pleasant to work with. The dealership did not have exactly the vehicle I wanted on there lot and he searched the surrounding area wanted. He was very pleasant to work with. Our salesman, Pat Garrett, was real friendly and helpful. He did not pressure us at all and we felt quite at ease with him. We would recommend him to anyone. Our dealings with finance dept. I would highly recommend O'Daniel Motor Sales for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I have bought 2 Jeeps from my salesperson Adam Sauerland and he has been great to work with. I would absolutely 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a jeep. I was extremely impressed with how hard Corey worked during the purchase process. When I found a better quote from a diffe anyone looking for a jeep. I was extremely impressed with how hard Corey worked during the purchase process. When I found a better quote from a different dealer, he even called to make sure it was legit, and then congratulated me on my find. It turned out that the other dealer told blatant lies, and afterwards I didn't hesitate to drive 2 1/2 hours to O'Daniel. My only regret was not going there originally! I'm thankful for all that Corey did. Shaylene was extremely personable, and explained everything very thoroughly to me. More

They don't get any better than the crew at Odaniels. Attitude reflects leadership. It starts with the service Manager, Randy Powell, and filters right on through to the cashier who checks me out. Randy's staff reflects the professionalism and courtesy that are so often missing in todays customer service businesses. I would and have recommended O'Daniels many many times. The service staff is courteous and thorough. If I call for routine maintenance, they always remind me of what services are due. If I call for a specific issue, they take the time to get to the root of the issue. My vehicle is always done, done right, and on time. I have experienced service beyond the call of duty many times. At one point, we couldn't find the cause of a phantom noise. It stopped everytime I brought it near the dealership. They never made me feel stupid and persevered with me. Finally when it was making the noise I drove straight to ODaniels, and without a prior appointment, my mechanic was summoned by Jenny, who then promptly got in the vehicle with me and went for an impromptu diagnostic ride. He was able to hear and identify the noise, and it was fixed as good as new within the week. Many people feel that dealership service is costly and less than personal. I feel that you get what you pay for and the peace of mind that I have in knowing that I have a service department that cares about me and that I can trust is totally invaluable. Keep up the good work ODaniels. You're the best! More
