We very recently purchased a Ford Fusion from your Illinois Rd. location and were very fortunate to have Keith Hall as our salesman. We called Keith and explained the situation to him and he immediately got to work on the info. we needed to get the car serviced and who we should contact at the New Haven Ford store. He also arranged for my wife to have a loaner car so she wouldn't miss any work while the car was in service. Our contact at the Ford store was Glen(didn't get his last name)who also couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.Dave Carrol also was instrumental in both our purchase of the Fusion as well as the service we needed. In summary, the O'Daniel dealerships at both Illinois Rd. and New Haven can be very proud of these gentlemen who we have had the pleasure to work with since we've purchased our Fusion.
