Jerri saved our desperate situation. When my hubby and I were at the OBX hospital with our son and his wife delivering our first grand daughter, andour 1999 suburban decided to act up. We live in Lancaster Pa so we drove to Kitty Hawk and were treated like royalty! We drove right in the garage bay and waited in a beautiful waiting room that had snacks, coffee, bottled water and comfortable furniture. Jerri came into the waiting area with a thumbs up and the mechanic even came out to chat with us! So refreshing to have so many caring people all in one company. Repair On my travels from Virginia to Buxton, I experienced transmission problems and the service light for 4-wheel drive lit up.
