Lost my appointment yet again. Called to confirm the beginning of the week and said it was on the schedule, show up and they said it was not on the schedule but on the computer,?? Plus it took an hour and a half to do an oil change and a state inspection. This has been happening ever since we bought this vehicle from OBX Chevy. Why sell me a maintence plan and tell me where to schedule them at time of purchase when the appointments are never valid when I show up. Plus we have spoke to the GM Multiple times on this matter.
