Took my vehicle to this dealer for warranty repair, shop damaged my dash during the part install. I noticed damage when picking up the vehicle. Shop said they would contact me about repair, never did. A let damaged my dash during the part install. I noticed damage when picking up the vehicle. Complaints to Consumer Protection NC Attorney Generals Office and Better Business Bureau have generated no response from the dealership. This dealership should not be trusted with any maintenance or repair work, they lack integrity and have no regard for taking responsibility for their mistakes. This dealership lists no registered agent making small claims case difficult, probably by design. The repair is not expensive, the fact that the damage was concealed is the reason I am posting this. A conscious effort was made not to inform me the shop damaged my vehicle, and now they refuse to take responsibility and make it right. More
