Ali Ansari, Recently had a service experience that was not acceptable. Service Department R/O 16060534. The only person I can complement is Mark, Service Department Consultant. He was very customer service oriented and did everything possible to assist me. During my first visit for diagnostics on the A/C issue and basic Oil Change Service, the car was returned without Windshield Fluid and an intake air tube was left disconnected. The diagnostics on the A/C repair was for a compressor, $1,811.00 to replace. I opted to have another service organization review. It was determined that the vehicle needed a HVAC Pressure Switch. The cost to replace was $339.00. Candidly, this is the worst Volvo customer care I received in my 20 years with Volvo. I currently own 2 Volvo's, XC40 and C70. FYI: You can speak with Stephen Lynch, Branch Sales Manager, West County Volvo, St. Louis, MO. on my Volvo purchase history. I would not recommend your dealership at this time. More

The service manager Carlos is extremely selective of which customers he interacts with and which ones to give excellent service to. Excellent customer service should be given to all Osteen paying custom which customers he interacts with and which ones to give excellent service to.
