The service manager Carlos is extremely selective of which customers he interacts with and which ones to give excellent service to. Excellent customer service should be given to all Osteen paying custom which customers he interacts with and which ones to give excellent service to. One week ago, I scheduled an appointment to change the oil at your location. At the time of the call I was quoted $170.00 by representative name Kali or person with the first name K. When I brought my ca oil at your location. At the time of the call I was quoted $170.00 by representative name Kali or person with the first name K. When I brought my car for service on today - 10/31/2023, I was told a very different price by Sabrina. The price was $230.00 or $250.00. Utmost, I was lied to by an agent of the Dealership. Volvo Osteen is a HUGE disappointment for me, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will no longer service my car at this location. I am sorry, Daytona Volvo charges for the same job $150.00. More
