We were in the market for a new car with an EV/gas combination. We were especially interested in a plug in hybrid. Not many cars offered that product. The dealership was great! So many cars, there was barely parking. We went to see a specific car and Jason helped us out. Even though he was very new there, he was helpful a So many cars, there was barely parking. We went to see a specific car and Jason helped us out. Even though he was very new there, he was helpful and had even done research on the car he was showing us (not a Volvo). Very low pressure, the test drive was great as we got to try it on the highway and discovered some great self driving features. The pricing was very good which is why they couldn't really negotiate. The mechanics of the sale did take a while, but probably would've been easier if I had secured financing in advance. I am a 59 year old Retired Marine and this was my 1st Volvo purchase and 1st time purchasing from O'Steen Volvo. Mehmet was a pleasure to deal with, consummate professional salesperson. No pressuring s Volvo purchase and 1st time purchasing from O'Steen Volvo. Mehmet was a pleasure to deal with, consummate professional salesperson. No pressuring sales tactics and knew his Volvo product very well. I hope to do business with him again. Mehmet is an asset to the dealership. Woody, our finance manager was also very easy to work with. He was very informative, knowledgeable and personable. Also an asset to the dealership. Dealing with management could have been better. I felt as if the negotiation process could have been smoother. Something that really aggravated me was finding out right before we went to finance the car only had 1 key. The dealership never mentioned that, nor would they had I not noticed only 1 key and asked about the 2nd key. I was told there was only 1 key and the dealership would not provide a 2nd key. If I only had one key to my trade in, pretty sure I would have been dinged for that. I gave the dealership a 5 Star review because of Mehemet and Woody, but the negotiation process with management set me back a bit so I gave the person I dealt with in management 1 star. We negotiated for 2 weeks or close to it. The 2nd key thing really bothered me. I thought management should have stepped up and provided a 2nd key, that is reasonable.
