Bill Archer "Typical Salesman" I purchased my wife a used car from Bill Archer at O'Steen Volvo. He gave me the whole story about how great their customer service is and showed me I purchased my wife a used car from Bill Archer at O'Steen Volvo. He gave me the whole story about how great their customer service is and showed me some paper work of some award. I like the car and the price. We picked up the car on Saturday. One of the last things Bill Archer said, "if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me." That's when Bill Archer performed his disappearing act. I have texted Bill Archer my questions and concerns with little to no reply. 6 text messages in a week and nothing from him. It really bugs me when once the deal is done, the "Typical Salesman" just doesn't give a crap about the buyer. I spent $21,000 and now I can't even get a reply. More
