Best dealership and sales staff ever! My wife and I live in Destin Florida and have been looking for a new 2018 Volvo XC90 T5 for a few months. We tried Mobil to no avail and Pensacola didn't seem to want to help at all. When we phoned O'Steen in Jacksonville they were all over the request and Sales Manager Sean Mickey said they would do there best to find the exact match that we wanted. Within a few days they found the perfect match and set up a delivery date. We arranged the meeting within a week and set out on our 300+ mile journey. We arrived before lunch and began the process with David King who was very helpful. The car was as advertised and paperwork was very quick. The salesman gave us a great instruction on the bells and whistles (there are a lot) and made sure we had all the phone numbers we needed for future questions. Financing went well with no pressure sales from Howard Wilson for extra's or extended warranties. Every one we came in contact with was pleasant and welcoming including one of the owners, Mark O'Steen, who wished us a merry Christmas.
