Willing to negotiate a reasonable price and trade in allowance. Experienced staff know the vehicles. One disappointment was that the car was almost out of gas. One week ago, I scheduled an appointment to change the oil at your location. At the time of the call I was quoted $170.00 by representative name Kali or person with the first name K. When I brought my ca oil at your location. At the time of the call I was quoted $170.00 by representative name Kali or person with the first name K. When I brought my car for service on today - 10/31/2023, I was told a very different price by Sabrina. The price was $230.00 or $250.00. Utmost, I was lied to by an agent of the Dealership. Volvo Osteen is a HUGE disappointment for me, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will no longer service my car at this location. I am sorry, Daytona Volvo charges for the same job $150.00. More
