I just wanted to thank the great staff at Osteen VW for making my dream come true. I have been in the market for a new Golf R for some time. Unfortunately, most dealerships have them marked up over MSRP an making my dream come true. I have been in the market for a new Golf R for some time. Unfortunately, most dealerships have them marked up over MSRP and that was something I just would not do. When I saw that Osteen had a new car on the lot, I immediately called and checked availability as I know that these cars sell fast. I spoke to Andrew (Drew) Limbrick in the sales dept. and I was shocked to learn that they were offering the car at MSRP. I arrived at the dealership within 30 minutes and was warmly greeted by Drew and the other sales staff. My salesman, Drew, was very knowledgeable about the car and its features and he did a great job of keeping me informed and walking me through each step of the process. From the test drive to final delivery there were no surprises and that was refreshing. Drew is very enthusiastic about his job and I felt that he was just as excited about my purchase as I was. Drew did a great job and even called me a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Negotiations with the sales manager, Terrance, were transparent and honest. He was willing to negotiate the price of my trade in and I received a great offer for my outgoing GTI. He was honest about what they would turnaround and sell my old GTI for. I checked the next day and sure enough that was the price it was listed for. This made me feel good. The finance process was the fastest I have ever experienced. Rob, the finance manager, was a super nice guy that obviously enjoys his job and is very good at it. There was no pressure to buy extra's like extended warranty or other services. He politely educated me on the options but there was no pressure to buy. The entire process from start to finish took about 2 hours and most of that time was just waiting on the car to be prepared for delivery as it had just arrived on the lot and still had the shipping materials on the car when I test drove it. I met Tim, the detailer, who prepared the car for delivery and he was a real nice guy who did a great job. The car looks fantastic. Overall, the staff provided first rate service and I would recommend Osteen VW for anyone looking for a honest, fair, and hassle free car buying experience. This is the second new car I have purchased from Osteen VW. It will not be the last. 5 of 5 Stars More
