Purchasing my VW Jetta from O'Steen was a positive experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was impressed by the fact that the conditions/price of the vehicle were agreed upon, there was no experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was impressed by the fact that the conditions/price of the vehicle were agreed upon, there was no attempt to move the goalpost, adding unwanted/unneeded feature to the car to increase its price, or nickel and dime the buyer with minor additional costs/fees.
