Wonderful experience. I’d been car shopping for 3 months & visited 6 dealerships then came across something they had online. Requested the availability and within the next I’d been car shopping for 3 months & visited 6 dealerships then came across something they had online. Requested the availability and within the next few hours Sheila sent me a personalized video saying hello with a tour of the vehicle. I went in the next day. Through the test drive, appraisal, and paperwork they were charismatic and neighborly- especially Scott and Jacob. Thank you to Nathan, Andrew, and Jesse. With this as my 7th vehicle- They are the easiest and most pleasant dealership I’ve been to by far. Recommend 100% More

Scott did a great job showing great knowledge of the vehicle while also having a great customer service mindset. We had literally bought a car somewhere else but were getting poor service elsewhere and vehicle while also having a great customer service mindset. We had literally bought a car somewhere else but were getting poor service elsewhere and wanted to check at O’Steen last minute to see if they could sway us. The customer service alone sold us and we walked away the same day with a new lease and canceled our purchase elsewhere. Our finance guy at O’Steen Jacob was great and very helpful. Overall great experience you guys are doing the right thing. More
