My 2020 Maxima was the fourth vehicle I have purchased here since 2000. I particularly need to compliment Tom Olkowski ,Service Manager. I have been buying cars from dealers for more than 60 years. Not what I expected. I went in for an oil change and asked twice that they please check the tire pressure and set it at 35 psi. Tom assured me that they would. When the I went in for an oil change and asked twice that they please check the tire pressure and set it at 35 psi. Tom assured me that they would. When the car was finished I asked if they set the tire pressure and he said absolutely they did. When I got home I checked it and it wasn't any different than when I brought it there. What else didn't they check? Such a disappointment. Such crap. I bought six cars from O'Neil. No more. More

I have come to O'Neill for many years and have bought many cars through them. I have since moved about 40 minutes away and I still travel here for service and for purchases.
