I even called on a Saturday at 3pm when I was stuck in 5" of mud, and the gentleman I spoke at Oneil Nissan's service department was very kind and understanding and explained what I needed to do. I love the fact that no appointment is needed for oil changes and they are done in 30 minutes or less! The young man at the desk is very nice and polite. I look forward to the service, because I get to actually sit down in their comfy chairs and watch tv as I have a cup of complimentary coffee!!! More
I went to have an oil change and tire rotation on 2/5/2011. They charged me for everything but they did NOT rotate the tires or check the tire pressure. They said the car would be ready in about a 2/5/2011. They charged me for everything but they did NOT rotate the tires or check the tire pressure. They said the car would be ready in about an hour. However, after an hour, I still saw my car outside the garage. I didn't say anything. After another 10 minutes, they pulled my car in. I saw they pulled the car out after about 15 minutes. I was surprised they could do the job so quickly. However, when I picked up the car, I'm 95% sure that they didn't rotate the tires. The front tires have a lot more wear than the rear tires. I questioned then twice and they assure that they rotated the tires. When I got home, I wait about 2-3 hours till my tires get cold and I tested the tire pressure to see if the rear-driver side tire pressure is the same as I checked a week ago. Yes, it has the same tire pressure, 28 PSI, as I checked it last week (it should be 32 PSI by standard). Other tires have the same pressure as well, about 29-30 PSI. So, in conclusion, they neither check my tire pressure nor they rotated the tires. I just wonder if they even did the oil changed. More
I had a problem w my Murano and I went to three dealerships who couldn't find the problem w my car. Tom, the Service Mgr at O'Neil was very patient w me. after two days they fixed the noise in the dealerships who couldn't find the problem w my car. Unfortunately I have had my 2003 Pathfinder in the service department on no less than 10 occasions. Every time I bring it in Fred Jankowski quickly and effiently resolves the problem. Although I am reluctant to purchase another Nissan I will continue to patronize O'Neils service department because of the bond I have formed with Fred. More
