All of the technicians do a visual check of the brakes during tire rotations and measure the brakes at larger mileage and upon request. I am confident that the work was all done but I want you to feel that way too, so I'd like you to print this response and bring your car in for a free tire rotation and brake inspection. Hi Mr. Pellarin, I was aware of your problem in service and I was also aware that our service advisor Fred Jankowski advised that because of the age and high mileage on the vehicle that you do NOT continue to make repairs. Service Manager Tom Olkowski takes one vacation a year around the holidays and got back to you when he returned back to office.
