Amy Beers made my sales experience wonderful. At first i was worried and quite leery to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I was not confident because of past experiences. Amy relieved my fears and worked very hard to ensure the process was easy. I purchased the Nissan Murano. It is a beautiful vehicle, Amy made sure all the stops were pulled out right down to the very last detail. After all her hard work i had to call her after I left because I left an emblem in my trade in. Amy took the time to find it and mail it to me. If I were able to choose sales person of the year I would definately choose Amy Beers. Thank You Amy and O'Neil Nissan i not only gained a business relationship but feel I acquired a new friendship. O'Neil was a great dealership to work with in every respect. My sales representative, Donna, helped make purchasing my first car a FUN experience instead of the scary one I was expecting. I recently visited O'Neil Nissan when my lease was maturing. I had been there several times for service and was pleased with the results so I decided to try their sales department. I wasn't sure wha maturing. I had been there several times for service and was pleased with the results so I decided to try their sales department. I wasn't sure what model I wanted but I knew that I wanted a Nissan. Luckily, I was met by Donna who worked with me to help choose the right vehicle for me. I felt that Donna was knowledgeable and committed to satisfying me. She was happy to let me test drive a lot of different cars even though it involved a lot of prep work on her part. There was no pressure or annoying phone calls. Donna came in on a holiday to finalize the deal and spent a lot of time familiarizing me with the features of my new car. She even set up my bluetooth before I left the dealership. It was a smooth, swift process and a good deal. Thank you. More

This is my 2nd car purchased from Thom Leibowitz and O'Neil, my Altima was a 2002 and after nine happy years with the car it was time to purchase a new one.
