I live in Virginia and found this used car online through Auto Trader.com. I contacted the dealership and they offered to have me take the train to Trenton, NJ and then pick me up at the train station. I t Auto Trader.com. I did take the train up and someone was there waiting for me. I got to the dealership and everything was exactly has described to me on the phone and in the pictures. On my way home, on my 5 hour drive from PA to VA, a light malfunction warning light came on. I called Donna at the dealership and let her know what happened. I told her I was bringing it to get the VA inspection sticker and would tell her what they said. Sure enough it failed inspection but O'Neil Nissan paid for all the things that were wrong and sent me a check with in 3 days for $350.00. I was very pleased with this and feel like they have integrity and are upstanding. One of the best things about working with this dealership is their communication. Whether by email, phone or in person, I was answered promptly and with respect. My experience from beginning to end was excellent and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I even called on a Saturday at 3pm when I was stuck in 5" of mud, and Every time I have come to the dealership for service it has been outstanding. I even called on a Saturday at 3pm when I was stuck in 5" of mud, and the gentleman I spoke at Oneil Nissan's service department was very kind and understanding and explained what I needed to do. I love the fact that no appointment is needed for oil changes and they are done in 30 minutes or less! The young man at the desk is very nice and polite. I look forward to the service, because I get to actually sit down in their comfy chairs and watch tv as I have a cup of complimentary coffee!!! More

It was a Saturday night, my husband called Donna on Sunday morning, by the afternoon she had found the car we wanted and we picked it up on Monday! How perfect and stress-less is that! On top of it, Donna knew that our daughter was a college student with 2 part time jobs, so she was able to work it out in a way that our daughter could afford the lease payments; that was extremely appreciated. On top of that, Donna made up a sign that said "Congratulations Amanda", put the biggest bright red bow on the beautiful cream car and parked it in front of the dealership. Amanda was very surprised and happy!!!! Donna did it again!!!!! We are so grateful! More

From the minuite we walked in everyone was very helpful and treated us well. Not the usual agressive sales that everyone is uncomfortable with. At this purchase I dealt with two sales personnel, Thom Leibowitz and Ed Ritchie. Mr. Leibowitz provided us with all the information that we needed to make an intelligent decision on which car to buy. He was also extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Mr. Ritchie also provide my wife and I a clear and concise summation of the entire sale. The manager Mr. Bruce Daroff was very receptive to my comments regarding the other car dealers we had visited. Again, as demonstrated by my consistent loyalty to O'Neil Nissan, it is a pleasure dealing with their sales and service staff. More
Great overall experience. Initially, when in for service, but decided it was time for a move to a newer car. I always prefer Nissan, and Donna was able to work with me on a car they had on the lot.
