I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa S from O'Neil Nissan. I had a very positive experience at O'Neil Nissan due to the Bruce Daroff, the general manager, and Tom Olkowski, the Service Manager. O'Neil Nissan located a 5-speed Manual Transmission 2012 Versa for me from an out-of-state Nissan dealership. They had the car ready for pick up within 4 days of my order. Other Nissan dealerships in Pennsylvania wanted to sell me an old 2011 Versa, instead of helping me find the car that I wanted. I conducted all my negotiations with O'Neil Nissan via email, the options and price were quickly settled in 3 email exchanges; only arriving at the dealership in Warminster to pick up the car. The car was there when I showed up. The options & price were just like we agreed upon via email. Any minor issues were quickly addressed by the general manager, Bruce, and service manager, Tom. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership before I drove off in my new 2012 Nissan Versa S. I would recommend O'Neil Nissan to anyone looking for an honest and fair dealership with good management. PS - I do not know anyone at O'Neil Nissan and found them thru the NissanUSA website. More
Service Engine Soon light came on in my 2004 Nissan Quest. The diagnostic was run by a local independent service station, code was P0744 - torque converter clutch solenoid intermittent ($54). They do not do transmission work and recommended it be taken to a dealer. Based on the reviews on DealerRater.com, I took the car to O'Neil Nissan and explained that the situation and that the transmission seemed to be slipping during shifting. Fred Jankowski stated that they would need to run another diagnostic as they didn't accept the diagnosis of any other On Board Diagnostic reader and that, as their equipment cost $5,000, it would be the best $60 I could spend ($65 after taxes). The result was the same and they stated the car needed a solenoid kit. The kit was installed and the result was that the car behaved exactly the same as when I took it in. When questioned, Fred told me that the complaint was only the light was on and that was fixed. I reminded him that anyone could turn the light off and that the car would need to be driven to repopulate any error codes. He then told me that the tech said the transmission fluid was black and burned and that I would need a new transmission. I know this is untrue as after the initial diagnosis, the first thing I did was to check the level of the fluid and it appeared the normal red color. He said there was nothing more he could do and I should contact Tom Olkowski, the Service Manager. I left a voice mail for Tom (12/23/11)and have not yet received a return call (1/16/12). I took the car for a drive the next day and the Service Engine Soon light came back on. I took the car back, they performed the diagnostics again and got the same code (P0744) and also a new code of P0420 catalytic converter (I assume a sensor was either damaged or left disconnected during the previous service). I was again told that the transmission would need to be replaced. Fred was surprised that Tom hadn't returned my call but that Tom would be in the following day and I could talk to him then. I returned and spoke to Tom Chester who told me that Tom Olkowski was not in and would be on vacation the entire week. My recommendation would be to stay as far away from this dealer as possible. I have also lodged complaints with Nissan USA (who provided no help at all)and the Better Business Bureau (who O'Neil has yet to respond to (1/16/12)). More

I was in the market for a Nissan GTR, mostly because of the reviews that I have read on-line and in various publications. I have owned a Nissan 300ZX and currently own a 350Z and was looking to purchase a the reviews that I have read on-line and in various publications. I have owned a Nissan 300ZX and currently own a 350Z and was looking to purchase a Nissan GTR. I am from Delaware but the vehicle is in short supply. O'Neil Nissan recently sold a 2012 GTR but had pre-owned vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Donna helped me in purchasing and in financing the vehicle which significantly decreased the stress of purchasing it. I am extremely happy with the vehicle. Since I am out-of-state, taxes and tags were sent to my local DMV and made registration relatively seamless. Tom was also very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the vehicle and in facilitating the tinting of the windows. I have no hesitation in recommending Donna and O'Neil Nissan to my friends.Thank you very much! More

This is my 3rd car buying experience with this dealership, and outstanding, as usual. I have included Tom O, Kitty and Fred in service because it is Critical to have a great service team to reall dealership, and outstanding, as usual. This was my first time dealing with Chuck in sales and Bruce in finance, both were excellent, patient and informative. I felt very comfortable with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. All numbers were explained, in detail, all questions answered on the spot. I looked at several car options at this dealership before I chose my car, and Chuck was very good about being flexible. I also asked Kitty for advice and had questioned Tom on a number of occassions. Before I left and thanks to Chuck I knew how to work EVERY control on my new Altima (much has changed since I bought my 2003)! Tom Olkowski is AMAZING in service, as the manager. I can't say enough good things. He has patched my 2003 back together after 3 accidents, and it is still running strong. Very sincere thanks to Kitty and Fred in service, very OUTSTANDING folks to work with, who always give great and dependable advice, and with a smile! There are many Nissan dealers in my area to choose from, but I choose to return to O'Neil. More

My experience was amazing. Thom was friendly, accomodating and made my car buying experience a positive one. I called Thom earlier in the week on the recommendation of my sister in law who had purchased a car from him back in February. I told him what I was looking for and he called me back that same night. I made an appointment to meet with him a few days later and took my sister in law with me. We were there for 4 hours where Thom took me on a test drive with the exact car I was looking for; no having to guess what the actual car would drive like or look like. Then he had his guy take my old car for a test drive for trade in purposes. He offered us water, made us laugh and again, the entire experience was wonderful. I drove out of there with a brand new Nissan Rogue, clean mats, license plate holders (I live in NJ) and a hug ( I told you he was friendly). He also spent about an hour in the car with me going over each and every button, that was extremely helpful. More

I purchased a pre-owned Maxima and an extended warranty. Some minor items broke after purchase and although they were not covered by warranty, this dealer 'comped' me on all items and gave me a loaner car.
