Car buying always dreadful..NOT when buying from O'Neil!! Purchased a 2016 Maxima.. BEAUTIFUL CAR! Chey Kpou fairly new to O'Neil but AMAZING, very knowledgeable on the car, couldn't do enough for me.. even Purchased a 2016 Maxima.. BEAUTIFUL CAR! Chey Kpou fairly new to O'Neil but AMAZING, very knowledgeable on the car, couldn't do enough for me.. even helped clean out my trade in (including the groceries in the trunk!) Really wasn't expecting to take home a new car that day but I couldn't pass it up! Within 2 days I discovered a few problems with the car, so I called Drew Pearlman expecting a hassle... quite the opposite! Took the car back and within the day.. Fixed! Would ABSOLUTELY use O'Neil Nissan again and would strongly recommend them to everyone who is in the market! More

Best first car experience ever! I had a lot of anxiety thinking about purchasing my first car (leasing) but the group at O’Neil Nissan made it the most painless and to be completely I had a lot of anxiety thinking about purchasing my first car (leasing) but the group at O’Neil Nissan made it the most painless and to be completely honest – easy experience I could have ever hoped for. As soon as I walked in the door Earle greeted me, asked me a few questions about what was important to me, and within 20 minutes I was test driving the car I ended up purchasing. When asked about insurance, I let Earle know I was still under my parents and he brought out Maggie (O’Neil) who expertly picked out the best/cheapest car insurance available to me - she said to take my time with looking everything over and to let her know whenever I was ready. Maggie came out and chatted multiple times, making me feel warm and welcomed to her family-owned business. I think the most vital part of my experience was the entire team didn’t try to up-sell me at any step in the process – instead Earle was honest and straightforward with what he felt was extra and unnecessary for me (based off what I explained in the beginning as important to me). Even when the day came to pick up my car Earle called me and said “hey Christina it’s snowing, if you don’t feel comfortable coming for your car today I completely understand.” There was zero pressure even though I hadn’t actually purchased anything yet and he is the sales guy - amazing!! At time of purchase Tom (Baird) explained the financial information in an easily digestible way, taking time to go through each piece and explaining thoroughly. I've dealt with two other Nissan dealerships and there is just no comparison to the sales and service you get at O'Neil - everyone is so friendly, so helpful and so knowlegeable it makes every experience a pleasure. Donna Mechmann is my go to whenever I need a new lease - she always asks all the right questions, explains all the up to the minute deals, never makes me feel pressured and spends whatever time is necessary "working the numbers" to get me exactly what I want and need. I am currently leasing a 2017 Maxima - and have a very hectic work schedule which doesn't allow me a lot of time to "sit around a dealership" figuring out the details of a lease - I can honestly tell you Donna is so great at her job that my current lease was handled all through email! We have such an amazing business relationship and she is so focused on making sure I'm happy with every aspect of my new lease, that I know I can trust her judgment completely. For my currently lease, we emailed back and forth, and after finalizing my decision with her, I literally walked in, signed the papers and drove off with my Maxima. My Salesman Lou is the best! He makes every lease return/purchase smooth, never lets me leave without setting up all the "technical details" and totally explaining every new feature of my vehicle in a "language" I can understand. Tom in finance always makes sure I have the best deal and any time I'm at the Service Department from oil changes to maintenance Justin, Tom, Fred and Kitty make my visit hassle free, smooth and easy. Wow!!! Fantastic service all around beginning to end!
