I went 82 miles for one of the best deals of my lifetime! I have been searching for a decent and fair deal on a used Dodge Challenger for a couple months! Decent car at a fair price, to me is a decent and fa I have been searching for a decent and fair deal on a used Dodge Challenger for a couple months! Decent car at a fair price, to me is a decent and fair deal! I live in Marion Township, Berks County and this was an 82 mile trip on way.... I found this car and dealer on the Internet and thought it was a sharp 2011 Dodge Challenger with appropriate mileage. I actually made an offer over the internet based on the car and research I could do. Which began some negotiations with Max Hamilton, Used Car Sales Manager. We agreed on a price and I was making arrangements to pick the car up when Max explained to me that the car needed some work to be completed. Max would NOT have had to tell me this! And under all the circumstances I would NOT of had any complaints had he not told me! But, to do the right thing the best Max and O'Neil Nissan could do they told me all about the car and we worked out all the details very much to my satisfaction! Now, having said that, this deal was so good and so fair that I, admittedly, became suspicious thinking it was too good to be true! And the car itself appeared be in excellent shape for 7 years old. By this time in the deal and conversation I was dealing with Brian Wilz, Sale Representative, who could not do enough to answer any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer he got the answer and was totally a joy to work with; not to mention professional and honest! I became soooooo concerned that something wasn't right that I asked to speak to Max once again. He took the extra time and effort to put at rest my concerns and most certainly made me feel like this used car deal mattered! BOTTOM LINE: DO YOU WANT HONESTY, FAIRNESS AND A REAL AND RESPECTABLE EFFORT FROM WHERE YOU BUY YOUR NEXT CAR? IF YOUR ANSWER IS YES; PLEASE GIVE O'NEIL NISSAN A CHANCE TO ACCOMODATE YOU! FOR ME IT WAS WORTH THE NEARLY 2 HOUR DRIVE AND 82 MILES PLUS I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO A RELATIONSHIP WITH THESE FOLKS GOING FORWARD! FRIENDs AND BUSINESS! More
