Very helpful when you're in a pinch I normally avoid dealerships for service because they're more expensive than any other mechanic but this was a warranty issue and needed fixed ASAP. Alternator fixed 2003 VW golf wouldn't start, so it was towed to O'Meara. Communication was good from the service staff, although it did take almost 4 days just to get 2003 VW golf wouldn't start, so it was towed to O'Meara. Communication was good from the service staff, although it did take almost 4 days just to get diagnosed. It was over the Presidents day weekend, so I'll chalk it up to that. The diagnostic process was clearly explained, and there wasn't any additional blatant upselling. Good experience overall. More

Service express and check speaker in passenger front I was told the reason I heard rattling in speaker due to levels set higher, which surprised me thought possibly my 5 year old daughter had tinkered wi I was told the reason I heard rattling in speaker due to levels set higher, which surprised me thought possibly my 5 year old daughter had tinkered with it, and it seemed to be an easy fix to reset it and rattling is gone? I am still hearing rattling? I usually am 100% satisfied but this time not. No reminder call, no update call. Dropped off car the night before and had to call them at 12 to see how things were going.
